Intermediate Kart Racing (K2) 

Objectives

Our Level 2 Training Days coach drivers who have kart driving experience to level of competency where they will be ready to take their ARKS driving test.  It is designed for kart drivers who are looking to improve and tune their driving technique whilst having an exhilarating day out.  

Course Content

Driving either Protrain's karts or using the the driver's own kart the training day comprises of an instructors' briefing, five driving sessions and debriefing sessions, and a talk on taking up the sport of kart racing and full notes on kart racing.   

The instructor will be working with the driver to introduce more advanced pedal and steering control and perfecting the driver's racing lines.  

Candidates 

For drivers looking to achieve almost a racing speed who have either previously driven outdoor corporate and leisure karts, compete in commercial driving championships or graduates of Protrain level 1 training days.
